Graduating from Manchester School of Art with a BA Hons in Illustration, Tom worked as a magazine and book illustrator in London before moving to work first in Cornwall, and then the Surrey Hills where he is now based.
Tom specialises in the black & white medium of scraperboard, digital drawings, linocuts and mixed media landscapes. He has previously had work selected for the Association of Illustrators, the National Portrait Gallery and Royal Academy exhibitions.
Julia graduated from Manchester School of Art with a BA Hons in Graphic Design. She has enjoyed a career as Art Director on women’s cookery and gardening magazines, before becoming Editor of Gardening Which? magazine.
Julia now edits ‘The Cottage Gardener’, the quarterly journal of The Cottage Garden Society. She is a garden photographer and blogger, and her pictures are sold worldwide through GAP Photo Library.
